Up for aucion is a pretty solid Rare 1976 Triumph TR7 Victory Edition
The reserve is set low and may be lifted at anytime... so bid to win!!.
This car has been stored for numerous years before I aquired the car. I would really like to keep it and restore it, but currently I just do not have the time. This car is all original, and i have all the parts for it, including the original hubcaps. I have several books that go with this car, and all of the reciepts for engine work. The engine looks like it was rebuilt before it was parked and stored. The car runs like a top, it does have the dual side draft carbs on it and its a 4 cyl 4 speed car. It is a hardtop, the fog lights look like they were factory installed on the car as well. The two mechanical issues it has currently is that there is a wheel bearing going out on the passenger side, it is still driveable, but would not recomend going for a long distance with it. The other, it needs a muffler, as you can see in the pic, its hangin down a little and its a little loud to. OTher than that, the car shifts and rides pretty decent.
The body is pretty solid, main rus is found around the wheel openings, and some one had started a patch job on those before i got the car, but from what i can see, its mainly just the outter lip of the wheel openings. and there is some surface rust start on the lower pannels as well, but looks to be very fixable.
The interior is in pretty good shape. The seat cover on the drivers side is covering a small tear on the outter edge of the seat, but should be fixable. Other than that, a good cleaning on the interior should do the trick.
To me, really all this car needs is some TLC, a paint job, a bearing, and a muffler, and it would make a nice head turning car that would be a blast to drive!!! I just hate to see it go.
