Fee and Tax Information: All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee, $125 admnistration fee and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based of $0.002461 of the sale price ($2.46/$1000). Texas residents also pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fee. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. BE ADVISED THAT TITLES CAN TAKE UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND MAILED OUT . Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1998 or with more than 100K miles.
