Exterior Condition
The exterior of this car is exactly what you expect from an owner who kept it in a garage away from the elements. You really have to look at the paint up close to appreciate its astounding quality. When we got this car, it really didn't need to be cleaned at all. It was very obvious that the previous owner treated this car like his first born. There are absolutely no dents or dings present anywhere on the exterior. Furthermore, after testing the paint thickness, we determined this Porshe to have all original paint. I can say with 100% confidence that this car has never bee involved in an accident. This car is equipped with really sharp Porsche 911 wheels. We just had brand new tires installed on these bad boys. The convertible tops has no rips or tears and works perfectly. The back window does have a slight foggy discoloration but this does not take away from the beauty of the car in any way.
Interior Condition
The interior of this car parallels the exterior condition. Its in totally immaculate condition. Its fairly obvious the previous owner was very careful not to damage the interior. The leather and carpeting have absolutely no stains whatsoever. There are absolutely no odors besides the smell of a freshly detailed car. The leather seats look extra clean for a car of this year. The previous owner must have used seat covers because they barely look used. All power options work exactly as intended. This Porsche is definately in SHOWROOM CONDITION !!!
Mechanical Condition
This car is equipped with a very powerful 3.0-liter four cylinder engine that runs flawlessly. There are absolutely no sounds or vibrations that would indicate any engine problems. The clutch and transmission shift out very nicely. This car packs alot of power. We had this car inspected from top to bottom and could not find anything wrong with it. The brakes are full of more life and I will reiterate that the performace tires are brand new. I can honestly say this car does not need one thing at this present time. A potential buyer would have no problem driving this car a thousand miles back home.
Overall
This is a great low mileage car that still has plenty of life left. The car is in near mint condition from top to bottom. It handles really well and shifts out very smoothly. Don't let the four cylinder engine fool you, this car still packs a punch. It has that timeless feel of all good Porsches. Show it a corner and it'll show you how it won all those awards for handling.
Terms of Sale
Payment Methods - Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit- The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due - The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes All transactions will incur a document fee of $195. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection - Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We will not be responsible for any unknown or hidden damages that we cannot foresee. Selden Motors welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. Notice to Bidders - We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Successful Bidder - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Selden Motors within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder - If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
