Hi. Just have a suggestion that might aid in the success of your auction (your listing/pricing). "Your 944" is actually a "1985.5", commonly referred to as "the late 85" It is really the "early 1986 model" as interior was same as 1986 model. I own the identical color car listed as "the early 85" that was outfitted by factory with the 1984 interior. Your dash panel, instrument cluster, console/console switches, steering wheel, door panels incl window switches are 1986 stuff. (3rd brake light didn't hit the 944 until 1986). If you research you will see your dash is same as 1986. The actual 1985 dash is same as the earlier 1984. Dealership can verify all I've mentioned. Mine has been sitting for 10 years-need to do something with it one way or the other. I regret I did not hold out for an '86 with the updated appointments you have/would probably still be driving it.
