You now have a chance to own a rare classic. You won't find too many of these in original condition like this one. I enjoyed this car all summer but i don't have any place to store it for the winter and don't want to see it out in the snow. The body is strait. The only rust I noticed on the car is on the rear pasanger quarter panel by the chrome trim. even the bottom of the doors are free of rust. All the lights work and so does everything inside. I did a tune up on the car over the summer. the exhaust of the car is new.
Don't expect a hot rod. I think this 2.3L 4 cyl.motor was rated at 70HP and it has a 4 speed manual trans. 70MPH is a workout for this baby. Don't worry about this dog marking it territory this engine has no leaks it does burn some oil though don't expect any clouds its not realy noticable just check the oil on occasion.
It still gets a lot of attention and turns heads. You don't have a very good chance of crossing paths with another one of these on the road at least I haven't yet.
As for the interior I have a replacement for the broken door handle If i don't change it out the winner can. I also bought a new clutch that will go with it to. As seen in the picture of the driver seat the back of it has a rip and the stitching on the bottom is coming apart.
I have an extra set of tires that the winner can have if they want they came of a hyundai so the rims don't fit you will have to have them put on the existing rims.
To Illinois residents I tinted the windows but not to worry it is completely legal. the tinted glass laws don't apply to all vehicals assembled before January 1, 1981 and belive me their are a lot of cops that don't know this fact I have been pulled over by a few of them.
The heater core had a leak so it was bi-passed. the radio doesn't work the best. The previous owner had touched up the car with a color that didn't match so it has a few dots on the car with a darker red and I took a pic of the only bend in the metal behind the pasanger door the guy touched that up to.

The reserve price on this car is $1,200.00 I think it is worth a lot more because of its condition. I guess we will see how it goes.
