I purchased this car in 1983 and am the 2nd owner. The vehicle has undergone a frame off restoration in 1994 and was painted black,(original 2-tone silver), both at my own paint and body shop. The car was put in storage in 1997 and removed in June of 2008. The gas tank was removed and cleaned,and the motor was removed and freshened with new hayes clutch. Motor description follows: original block,492 heads 64 cc,steel crank and pink rods,balanced rotating assembly,.030" over forged flat top pistons,holley 600 cfm vac sec.,and runs great. The only reason for selling this car is I was involved in a near fatal motorcycle accident in 2006 and can no longer drive a 4-speed. It's a beautiful car as the pictures plainly show. It has an alpine cd player,but comes with the original am/fm 8-track player, 4 extra painted t-tops, 3 extra mirrored t-tops(2 cracked),3 extra center caps, 1 extra mag wheel,and a new windshield.
