You are looking at a 1992 Camaro RALLY SPORT. If you are looking for a part time hobby this is the one for you. This was a very respectable car in its day, and one day will be a collectible.
The car up for auction is being sold AS-IS with no limited or implied WARANTY. This is a car that can be restored to give it a great look.
NOTE: I am not selling this car as a drivable vehicle. Any MA buyers looking to purchase this car up for auction keep in mind that you will not be able to drive this car from this dealership without getting it safety checked and repairing all necessary work so it can pass MA state safety inspection. This Camaro does run and drive but like I said, it will not pass the MA state safety inspection. There is a fair amount of work that this car will need to be road safe. After the car is purchased and paid in full by the winning bidder, and if you are interested in driving this car I can get it safety checked and get you a Estimate of how much you are looking at for repairs. The Safety check will cost the customer $175.00 over the estimate.
This Rally Sport Camaro is in fair condition as is sits. The body has a Fair amount of minor dents and chips as well as some scratches. There are NO MAJOR dents or pushed in body parts. The interior is in fairly good shape. There are some minor rips and cracks in the dash as well as the cloth seats. The panels are fair with some flaws as well as the floors. Terms and Conditions
The winning bidder is responsible for sending a $500.00 Deposit (non Refundable) due 48 hours after the close of the auction. The Balance of the vehicle is due 7 days after the close of the auction. By law there is a MA warranty on the vehicle given to the winning bidder of 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the miles on the vehicle. The MA warranty is an implied warranty and only covers vehicle so it will pass MA state safety inspection. We have extended warranty plans available (Only on certain vehicles). 124,999 miles and over is void of warranty for any vehicle and will be sold AS-IS no implied warranty. For out of state buyers the warranty is voided and sold AS-IS with no implied warranty. For vehicles over exceeded miles and out of state buyers we offer a pre-inspection on vehicles for a fee of $175.00. At that time if you are thinking of driving home with the vehicle you may ask for a quote on any repairs needed to be safe on the road.

These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect some amount of wear and tear and some flaws, as is standard on ANY used vehicle. All used vehicles including this one may have nicks, dings, scratches, chips and any other marks that are associated with being driven and used with age of the vehicle. A car that is 10 years old will show more wear and tear and have more flaws than one that is 4 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, which is much below retail book prices such as KBB and NADA. There is very little profit (especially on no reserve auctions), we cannot afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full retail price on our vehicle lot. However, we will honor the MA lemon warranty law that states that the vehicle needs to pass MA state safety inspection. (This only applies to MA buyers) Out of state buyers and vehicles over 124,999 are voided of any such warranty and sold AS-IS.
Some of these cars are near 10 to 15 years old and they may be new to you. While we try to service any known issues it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, remote entry controls, extra keys, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or here on eBay.
Shipping / Pick-up
The winning bidder is responsible for picking up the vehicle here at our dealership. You can contact us to set up a time to meet. If shipping is required the winning bidder is responsible for paying all shipping costs. We work with shipping company's who ship cars across the country on a weekly basis. If you are interested in getting quotes for shipping you may contacts us and we will be happy to help you. To coordinate with your own choice of shipper you may tell them that the vehicle will be picked up in Natick, MA 01760 so that they can give you a solid quote. If you wish to use your own shipping company please let us know when you have arranged for pick up and who you are using so that we can allow them to take the vehicle. We will not let anyone take the vehicle until it is paid in full and we get verbal conformation that you are allowing shipper to take the vehicle. We are available to pick customers up at Logan International Airport Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm no Fridays no weekends.
