This 2003 Cadillac CTS is quite the vehicle. I have been in lots of cars over the years and I was very impressed with this particular one. This Luxury Sedan or should I say Sports car is awesome in every way. The Light Platinum Exterior is crisp and clean and has a fantastic look accented by fresh styling and Factory Alloy Wheels. The Fresh and Clean Gray Leather Interior is even nicer, presenting seats that look like they've always been cared for and never sat in. The Wood and Leather wrapped steering wheel and wood accents only add to this classy finished look. This tremendous vehicle is driven by a powerful yet efficient and Stunningly Smooth 3.2 Liter 6 Cylinder Engine aligned with an Automatic Sport Transmission with overdrive that gives smooth acceleration, lots of power, and a ride that you will not forget, yet is able to still miss most gas stations. TITLE INFORMATION
Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles until cashiers checks or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit in the amount of $1000 must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our Bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days.
We accept All Major credit cards, Deposits can be made up to $2500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact Andy at: (954) 658-0021 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
All vehicles subject to a $399.00 administrative fee. This fee covers Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery to various shipping terminals, and any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle, and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. THE WINNING BIDDER
It is VERY important to establish contact as soon after the auction ends as possible, therefore the Successful winning bidder should telephone Andy at: (954) 658-0021 or email us with your contact information (Full Name, Address and ALL contact numbers including fax, cell, home, work numbers, etc.) within 24 hours after the auction has closed to verify their purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
