All bids from bidders with a feedback rating of zero "0" (the number "0" to the right of your user ID) may be canceled at any time during the auction or even after the auction ends. Please call us if you have a zero "0" feedback rating at 717-252-4700 for pre-approval.
Auction Winners must telephone European Car Buyers at (717) 252-4700 or (516) 859-1349 and speak with Joe or Judy within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
Within 24 hours following the end of auction, a $500 deposit shall be received in the form of PayPal
All financial transactions should be completed within 5 days of auction ending in the form of Cashiers/Bank Check. Credit Cards can be used, but are subject to a 1.65% fee on total balance. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!!
European Car Buyers discloses as much information as possible about our cars. We welcome pre-purchase test drives inspections by all bidders. All vehicles are available anytime during business hours, but please call ahead to insure vehicle is on site and not been sold. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's requset.
ALL DEALS ARE charged a fixed selling fee of $199.00 in addition to the final bid price and all DMV and Documentation fees. In state (PA) Buyers will be responsible for 6% PA Sales Tax, $36 registration, $30 title fee, $10 Tag fee, $45 Doc. fee and any Lien fees if applicable.
Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes/tag fees in their own states, But will be charged $30 Title fee, $45 Doc Fee $20 Fed Ex fee. Temporary in-transit tags (30 day out of state tags) are available at a cost of $60.
The sale of each item is AS IS-WHERE IS, without any warranty either expressed or implied. The winner of the auction will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist or that may occur with this vehicle. The winner agrees not to hold European Car Buyers, or any of their affiliates responsible for this vehicle. All sales and transactions or final. )

From time to time we are forced to cancel an auction for issues such as: title problems, an error in listing, a mechanical problem, an accident with the vehicle, etc. We are sorry if this ever causes a problem, but sometimes we have no choice.

1. You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID! 2. Non-Paying Bidder emails. There are two types of email notices a bidder may automatically receive. After the seller files a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, will send an email to both the high bidder and seller, advising the high bidder that the seller has notified that the bidder is a potential non-paying bidder and encouraging the high bidder to complete the transaction. If the seller later files a final value fee credit request, will send a Non-Paying Bidder warning via email to the high bidder. This email will notify the high bidder that the seller has requested a final value fee credit. If this is the bidder's third Non-Paying Bidder Warning, the bidder will be suspended. 3. Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment can be subject to legal prosecution. 4. This not mail-order, it's an auction. "Finding a better deal", "the cost of shipping is to high", "My 16 year old placed the bid without my knowledge", "a friend used my ID" or "I can't afford it now" are no excuses; and will result in negative feedback.
