Athens BMW reserves the right to end this listing at any time and cancel all bids should the vehicle become no longer for sale. The vehicle is available for sale to walk-in traffic during this auction and may be sold prior to the end of this auction. This vehicle is available for test drives and may have additional mileage due to test drives. Athens BMW does not sell to exporters seeking to resell this vehicle to any persons outside the United States, or to persons seeking to register this vehicle outside the United States.* Some exceptions apply.
All financial transactions must be complete before delivery of the vehicle. The winning bidder (Buyer) agrees to contact Athens BMW within 24 hours of the end of this auction to make arrangements for payment and delivery, and will submit a $5,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to maintain the vehicle for sale. The Buyer has five (5) days to complete the purchase of this vehicle, including payment for the remaining balance due, a $299.50 doc fee and any applicable taxes and/or registration fees. Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer and are based on the state, county and/or city in which the Buyer is a resident. Athens BMW will collect any taxes due as required by the state, county and/or city in which the Buyer is a resident.
Athens BMW will accept payment in cash (in person), certified check (must clear our bank before delivery), wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. Athens BMW can provide 3rd-party financing for Buyers with approved credit.
The Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle or making arrangements to have the vehicle shipped to them. Athens BMW is willing to cooperate with the Buyer’s chosen shipper, within normal working hours.
