Terms Of Sale: Auction Vehicles are pre-owned and are sold in "As Is" condition. However, some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details. In-State buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. All buyers will be charged a $220 documentation fee. Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction and submit a 10% deposit within 3 days. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller. All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash in person for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding. Payment must be made by certified check or bank to bank transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
