This is a rare opportunity to own a 4-door M3. I believe these were only made in 1997 and 1998. This car is in excellent condition for the year and mileage. It was just traded in on a new car at our local BMW dealership in Tampa (Reeves Import Motors). This car has been very well cared for and looks, runs and drives great. This is one of the few cars that can double as a luxury family sedan AND a well respected sports car.
The exterior of this car is metallic black and it looks great. The paint is rich and glossy and the vehicle appears to have been well cared for. There are a few very minor stone chips in the front which is pretty much unavoidable with normal driving, but the body looks great and I didn't notice any dings, dents, or scuffs, or scrapes. I absolutely love this car in black and the metallic paint is gorgeous. This car has the factory 17" alloy wheels and they are not pitted or discolored from brake dust.
The interior of this car is in excellent condition. It has not been smoked in and does not have any strange odors. The leather seats are soft and supple and have only very minor wear. The back seats look like they've hardly been used. The headliner is in excellent condition and so are the carpets. The drivers side floormat has a couple of bleached spots on it, but the carpet underneath looks great. The trim pieces look great on this car. Alot of times the cup holders, knobs, and arm rests look pretty weathered after a couple of years, but they look great on this car. It also has a power sunroof, power seats, and an Alpine HD radio plus a factory BMW cd changer mounted in the trunk.
This car handles beautifully as is expected from a BMW. It has exceptional acceleration and it brakes well. The transmission shifts smoothly and the motor sounds great. This is a really hard to find vehicle and we've got it priced to sell. Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Buyer pays all taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all bids, or end the auction early at its sole and complete discretion before the close of the auction.
Bidder must be 18 years or older. Bid retractions are not allowed and will not be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. High bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
If, within seven (7) calendar days of the auction end all moneys are not received then buyer shall, at sellers option, be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.
Seller welcomes buyers pre-bid inspection at seller’s place of business but any such inspections must be completed prior to the auction ending, during our business hours (noon - 6 pm monday through friday) and shall be at buyers cost.
We are a licensed independent dealer in the state of Florida. Titles are usually sent within 1-2 weeks but can take up to 30 days to be received. In the event that you need the title and vehicle at the same time, we require prepayment (and enough time for the payment to clear) or cash payment (in person) in US funds.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but could possibly overlook something. We try to point out anything unusual for the year and mileage of the car, but obviously these are used cars and will have wear consistent with the year and mileage. Most of our cars come with owners manuals and 2 keys, cigarette lighters, cargo covers, spare tires, jacks, first aid kits, etc. but sometimes these are not turned in by the previous owner. If you don’t see these items pictured, do not assume that they are there or included with the auction. If you have any questions, please ask. As you can see from our fantastic feedback rating, we are not in the business of mis-describing what we sell. We are very reasonable and go out of our way to provide our customers with excellent service and a fantastic value.
Do your due diligence. All cars are sold as-is and all sales are final. Pre-bid inspections are welcomed PRIOR to bidding. Please don't win an auction and THEN schedule an inspection. We will go out of our way to accommodate any inspection prior to bidding and answer any questions honestly and to the best of our ability.
Manufacturer warranties may still apply, but please do your due diligence and verify it with the dealer if you want the specifics of what is covered. All warranties are different. The VIN number is provided in the auction.

Fee and Tax Information: We will collect tax for sales in the State of Florida. All other taxes and registration fees will need to be paid by the bidder in their state of registration for the vehicle.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
