Description
I am selling my 1998 BMW M3 Convertible. It has 59k miles and is my daily driver so the miles will vary. I purchased this car last year from a professional writer in Boone, NC whom was the original owner. It is CarFax and AutoCheck certified. I have all the service records on the car. The top was replaced in 2006. Since then, I have replaced the rear tires (have 4k on them) (the fronts are four years old and in good condition). I have done normal maintenance by replacing the thermostat and updating to metal housing, replaced the radiator, water pump (still have old one), replaced the drive belts, air/cabin/fuel filters, trim around the ext door handles, trim around seat belts, struts on boot, and some other stuff that I am sure forgetting. The paint and wheels are in good condition, but are not free of scratches and wear. This car is an absolute blast to drive. It handles well and gets decent mileage. The H/K stereo is nice along with the 6-Disc CD changer. This car also has the Alpine factory alarm system. The on-board computer functions fine, but the clock is dim. This car needs nothing. I am selling because I want to move in to a different car. I am considering an E46 M3 convertible, but no concrete plans. I have the title in hand as well as more pictures. Terms and Conditions
Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end or other prearranged terms. If no contact is made within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise, and provide negative feedback. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle if I cannot deliver the vehicle as stated in the ad. I can provide delivery under certain circumstances. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale since it is for sale locally. Also, its mileage may vary from listing due to it being a daily driver.
