We reserve the right to cancel any or all bids and end any auction early. We also reserve the right to reject any or all bids from any bidder. We welcome inspections of all our vehicles provided that they are completed 24 hours PRIOR to the auctions end. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auctions end. The lesser of a $500 or 20% deposit (non-refundable) is due within 48 hours of auctions end, balance in 5 days by Money Order or Cashiers Check. Cars must be picked-up or shipped with-in 7 days unless a prior arrangement is agreed upon. Please be aware that you are bidding on a used vehicle, reasonable wear and tear and minor cosmetic blemishes should be expected. We will advise bidders of all known significant defects that we are aware of such as structural damage, defective engines, transmissions, drivability issues or electrical systems. We will normally note when any prior body repairs are of a poor quality. In some instances extra keys, remotes, CD cartridges, lighters, owner’s manuals, tool, jacks and first aid kits may not be available and will not be provided. If you are curious about any of the above, don't assume they are included....email and ask us. If you are unsure of anything or need additional information ask BEFORE you bid. All vehicles are Sold As-Is, with No Warranty, Expressed or Implied, from the seller. However, there may be a manufacturer's factory warranty remaining. You can buy extended warranties through us or from many other sources. Any problems, issues, or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle. ALL online sales subject to a $165 title reassignment and processing fee. Temporary transit tags are available. Current insurance is required for all temporary tags. Please do not bid unless you are prepared to complete the transaction. Be sure to prearrange financing and insurance.
