NR 86 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Convertible No Rese
No Reserve Auction. I have listed this many times and it never brings what I am looking for. I see it sitting at our auction not being used and it is way past time somebody enjoyed it. This is no reserve and your chance to own it. I drove it the other day and it started right after sitting over a month and drove fine. It is a good original car with the expensive critical areas restored as described below.
This is a 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. This car is in overall good condition! The car drives good with plenty of power and a smooth shifting transmission. It's fuel injected with no driveability issues. It has the Original Paint and came out of Arizona. Here's a list of stuff done to it within the last year:

The wheels are Alloy and the tires have about 80% or more tread life remaining. The top is in good condition, the paint looks good and the windshield is in good condition. The interior is black leather with the seats and carpets in good condition.
The only flaws I noticed are: there's a dent in the drivers side door (see pictures), the plastic housing around the fuel door trunk release levers are broken (also shown in pictures) and there are a few chips in the paint. Somebody bumped the drivers mirror so the black trim is missing that is behind the actual glass mirror part. This car is a driver. I've tried to take pictures of the chips.
Remember mechanically sound, I would not hesitate to take a road trip, with lots of work done to it, listed above, however everthing else is pretty original and the car is 22 years old.

Notice to Bidders: Our business is strictly liquidating items for individual consignors, banks (repossessions) dealers. We have a very limited amount of information on the items we have available for auction. The items are sold AS-IS where is and all sales are final. We will give you any information we have about an item. Remember we are liquidators, not mechanics. Also, we must move the collateral quickly and professionally and ask that you too are prompt and professional in your payment. The mileage we have listed comes from the information we have available. We do not guarantee the mileage to be accurate. We have no information to base our mileage statements on other than the odometer. Payment Types: CASH IN PERSON, CERTIFIED FUNDS AND BANK WIRE TRANSFERS
Fees: All motorized vehicle, ATV, equiment and trailers (motorized or not) purchased directly through eBay are subject to a $250.00 fee. This fee includes many things like documentation, prep, title work, permit and other services we are providing. This includes a 45 day temporary permit for non Utah residents and a 4 day permit for Utah residents. We do have the ability to license vehicles for Utah residents like a normal dealer would do, however the fee above does not include this. It is not necessary you us to license and register your purchase even if you are a Utah resident. These vehicles, ATVs, trucks, motorcycles, equipment and etc. come from bank and credit union repossessions, dealer trades, private consignments and charities to name a few sources. We have a live auction every other Wednesday night at 6 PM sharp at our location. We have been a public auction for over 20 years and provide our services to many local banks and credit unions. We have recently started a Buy it Now program which allows us to offer these vehicles for sale at any time other than only through our live or virtual auction. Feel free to make offers which we can present to the consignor. Keep in mind if your offer is accepted it's binding. We generally do not own any of the vehicles we auction and it is standard practice for auctions to charge a buyers and sellers fee. This fee is sometimes wrapped into the price the purchaser pays and is not seen. There are many ways auctions do this with the more traditional method being a graduated, percentage based fee based on the selling price of the vehicle (like 10%) with a minimum and maximum amount. We do not charge sales tax but rather collect it for the State of Utah. We do not collect sales tax from out of state buyers. Out of state buyers will need to complete a Non-Resident affidavit for sales tax exemption. We must collect sales tax for Utah residents or any item that will be registered in Utah. The rate is currently at 6.55%. Buyer is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents to their state.
Terms:
This is important, do not skip this part!Please remember that these are used vehicles and items. When deciding how you are going to transport your purchase home, take into consideration the year and mileage. When we state in good condition or runs good we are taking into consideration the year and mileage and it is subjective based on our prior experience. This means that a 30 year old vehicle, that we determine is in good condition for the year, is still a 30 year old vehicle. If you choose to drive these home you are doing so at your own risk. Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay the vehicle off. Most titles are not kept on site and will not be released for 14 21 days to assure clearing of funds. The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST. Also, the transportation to and from the airport and our location is the buyer's responsibility. There is a shuttle service that can help you with transportation to and from the airport. Call Express Shuttle Service at 800-397-0773 to make arrangements. We prefer all pickups to be made during regular daylight hours on weekdays. FREE storage for 30 days is not a problem until arrangements for pickup or shipping are made as long as it's paid for within the five days. However after two weeks items left are at the buyers risk. We will not be responsible for dead batteries, flat tires, wind and weather damage, old gas, stopped up carburetors, etc. Anything that happens to machinery when it is left to sit for months at a time. We simply cannot maintain everyones machines for free for months.

Thank you for your interest in our auctions. As Utah's Oldest Public Auto Auction we are pleased to bring you many vehicles for auction. We have been in the auction business since 1985. It all started when GLS Recovery (a repossession company) needed a way to liquidate the vehicles they had repossessed. Here we are some 20 plus years later strictly liquidating items for individual consignors, banks (repos) dealers.
Because our items are on consignment we have a very limited amount of information on the items we have available for auction. This includes history, maintenance records, etc. If at any time we are selling a vehicle with a salvaged or restored / rebuilt title we will announce it, otherwise the vehicles have clean marketable titles.
Buying a car over the internet can be a scary thought. Rest assured we will make this as smooth and as pain free as possible. While this may be your first experience it is not ours!
